My therapy practice primarily focuses on Sensory Enrichment Therapy, an evidence-based approach that stimulates brain plasticity and enables the brain to form new connections.
I can support individuals with mild to moderate dementia through Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), a non-pharmacological intervention designed to enhance cognitive function and quality of life.
For families and caregivers interested in distance programs, I offer the On Track Brain Training Program. This program is individualized and specific to the clients’ needs and requirements, comprising evidence-based techniques and strategies. Its focus is on brain plasticity, or neuroplasticity – the ability of the brain to change in response to new experiences.
As a counsellor, I take a holistic, compassionate approach to counselling. I support elderly adults and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other cognitive differences, by providing tailored strategies that foster self-regulation, emotional well-being, and personal growth in a supportive and understanding environment.
